New recording and Mix, thoughts?

Well it's been a while since I posted here and need some input on my latest endeavor, I did this cover song from a Japanese Rock called the Yellow Monkey, song is called Tactics, its a classic rockish song. I've recently acquired some gear like the REDDI, Fender MiM Jazz Bass (with some upgrades), and a couple of Seventh Circle Audio Mic Pres like the N72 and the A12. And I've pretty much done all my core courses at Foothill so this is the accumulation of what I can do so far. The song is still a work in progress, like needs solos and I want to re track the acoustic guitar, but need other ears to critique it so far.
